Chances are you landed on this “roadmap to riches blog” because you are actively searching and seeking the right person to join, and I do congratulate you on that simple process because SO many people are joining the first person they see or the biggest name out there and that can honestly make things alot harder for you.
So I want to address 3 Major Concerns, or things that would be in your BEST interest to do before you join this exciting home based business opportunity in Roadmap To Riches.

I can tell you this - you contacted me more than my sponsor did after I signed up with R2R.
So - I paid a little penalty, $999.00 for going with another sponsor, now I am with NAME and your team. Looking forward to working with NAME and you, you guys have your act together.

Guys, please understand that who you join is one of the single most important aspects of not only this opportunity, but any. And that is what this post is about, and something that I want YOU to ALWAYS do before you join R2R and any other business opportunity down the road.
1) Team System - How well does the sponsor incorporate his team into what he does. Without a team system, the sponsor/opportunity is worthless UNLESS you want waste time, effort, and resources in setting up EACH and every team member as well as coaching/mentoring/helping them INDIVIDUALLY on things that can be taught to the mass. Without your potential sponsor having a team system in place, that means one thing, MORE work for you, MORE time wasted for you, which in return = less money for you because your so concentrated on each team member.
That is why you MUST join a system that can be DUPLICATED by ANYONE, computer savvy or not, anyone has to do it and not waste time or money doing so.
2) Team Training - This is a vital part because YES roadmap to riches is a great opportunity and YES people are currently making lots of money, but you have to be able to duplicate those results and show people EXACTLY how to advertise, market, and promote this opportunity. In addition to our training center ( www.troyshanks.com/training ) we have bi-weekly conference calls for Training where our team members can come ask questions and receive all kinds of help! This part of the equation must be there otherwise people (maybe even YOU) will be overwhelmed and not understand what to do next or where to go to find out how!
3) Support System - Ok, the last main ingredient for success is how well is the support system that the team you are looking to join have in place. When you and the team members you bring in have questions or need help ..how available and how helpful is the support system going to be?
