I wanted to make this post to show that you can market anything once you learn how just like with roadmap to riches or cash gifting programs.

I found a nice niche that has been very profitable and that is Extenze Male Enhancement.

So all I did was create an Extenze website and just start to sell it.

Because Extenze Male Enhancement Pills were a highly searched keyword and not very competitive keyword!

So that is just one thing that we teach you!

If I had to guess, most of you would have something to say along the lines of this when it comes to internet marketing training and work from home opportunities.

“I don’t know what to do. I don’t know what to write in a article or solo ad, I don’t know how to use keywords or forums, I don’t know if I should pay someone $19 or $149 to get people to my website. I don’t know what to do.”

This is how most Roadmap To Riches Team internet marketing training is handled with and how it is given to you.

Chances are, this is how I feel with Roadmap To Riches when you join other teams. They say they have training, but I have seen a lot of their training and know what they are doing, its just not effective. If your are joining someone who does PPC (pay per click) I bet that is all they do because it is expensive and all they know how to do! But what the true problem with that is, IT IS EXPENSIVE AND NOT DUPLICATEABLE (not a word I know) but you get the point.

I am a basketball player, and say I started to coach basketball, and I threw you a basketball and said now you are a basketball player. How good would you be? If I doesn’t teach you HOW TO PLAY, odds are your going to just like you will with Roadmap To Riches, wasting money and time.

I think you get the picture.

You have many different choices in who you pick when getting in Roadmap To Riches, and who you choose will ultimately determine how successful you are unless you know the internet and can market on your own.

People are joining my team because of the system we have in place and the internet marketing training we offer. Most teams talk about their training and blah blah, but chances are you will receive nothing but information, information and information.

Chances are you landed on this “roadmap to riches blog” because you are actively searching and seeking the right person to join, and I do congratulate you on that simple process because SO many people are joining the first person they see or the biggest name out there and that can honestly make things alot harder for you.

So I want to address 3 Major Concerns, or things that would be in your BEST interest to do before you join this exciting home based business opportunity in Roadmap To Riches.

This one was abit interesting because I had been in contact with this guy before and he joined up with someone else instead … and 5 weeks later, he joins someone on MY team because of the system we have in place and had known them before me.

Here is the email I just received with a few edits (only names taken out) from a guy who was going to join me but went with someone else. All edits will be italicized.

This email may surprise you. I guess I am now considered part of your downline / team.

After getting -zero- support from my so called sponsor, NAME, I decided to take action and contacted R2R after speaking with NAME. I had my sponsorship changed and resigned with MY TEAM

Who would have ever thought - I passed NAME on to you and you sign him into R2R.

I can tell you this - you contacted me more than my sponsor did after I signed up with R2R.

So - I paid a little penalty, $999.00 for going with another sponsor, now I am with NAME and your team. Looking forward to working with NAME and you, you guys have your act together.

Best Regards and continued success with R2R.

Guys, please understand that who you join is one of the single most important aspects of not only this opportunity, but any. And that is what this post is about, and something that I want YOU to ALWAYS do before you join R2R and any other business opportunity down the road.

1) Team System - How well does the sponsor incorporate his team into what he does. Without a team system, the sponsor/opportunity is worthless UNLESS you want waste time, effort, and resources in setting up EACH and every team member as well as coaching/mentoring/helping them INDIVIDUALLY on things that can be taught to the mass. Without your potential sponsor having a team system in place, that means one thing, MORE work for you, MORE time wasted for you, which in return = less money for you because your so concentrated on each team member.

That is why you MUST join a system that can be DUPLICATED by ANYONE, computer savvy or not, anyone has to do it and not waste time or money doing so.

2) Team Training -  This is a vital part because YES roadmap to riches is a great opportunity and YES people are currently making lots of money, but you have to be able to duplicate those results and show people EXACTLY how to advertise, market, and promote this opportunity. In addition to our training center ( www.troyshanks.com/training ) we have bi-weekly conference calls for Training where our team members can come ask questions and receive all kinds of help! This part of the equation must be there otherwise people (maybe even YOU) will be overwhelmed and not understand what to do next or where to go to find out how!

3) Support System -  Ok, the last main ingredient for success is how well is the support system that the team you are looking to join have in place. When you and the team members you bring in have questions or need help ..how available and how helpful is the support system going to be?

Our Road Map To Riches Team has a great support system in place, having bi-weekly training calls, daily Q&A calls, and most importantly, 24/7 email and phone support.

Guys, listen, I do this fulltime, I am here to help, and if you asked ANY of my current team members how readily available I was, I think you would be impressed. Great news…for US, not the competition…

We have just implemented a NEW compensation plan that will BLOW all other 1 and 2 up programs OUT OF THE WATER…along with those other “We Pay On the 1st Sale” type programs who are “anti-2up”.

Introducing…

The modified 2-up pay plan.

ALL new unqualified R2R members (with a product purchase of course) can now start earning commissions on their VERY 1st Sale!

Each new member will split their 1st two qualifying sales with their sponsor, 50/50, that’s $499.50 on the 1st two sales that a new R2R member makes.

This will increase sales and convert many more prospects like crazy, but more importantly, put all “anti-2up” programs to an END as they no longer have ANY ammunition against two ups in their marketing, thanks to the 2-up modification pay plan addition.

Again, anyone who purchases the R2R product library, who starts advertising R2R, will earn 50% commission ($499.50) on their 1st two paid product sales that they refer to their sponsor, and then from their 3rd sale on, they will keep 100% commission ($999) on every sale thereafter.

However, like a typical two up, the 1st two people that an unqualified member refers, will be placed in their sponsors downline.

This still creates the LEVERAGE that 2 ups are famous for, but rewards the NEW member at the same time, by giving them a 50% commission on their 1st two product qualification sales.

Nothing has been changed to the script, it still works as usual, except now all unqualified R2R members (who initially purchased our products) will now split their 1st two sales with their sponsor.

Your qualified sponsor will be responsible for paying the 50% split to you or any of their unqualified teammates who refer a sale, within 7 days from receiving their payment.

This is Pay Plan is effective IMMEDITALEY. In fact if you look at the site now, changes have already been made. We have updated the “Comp Plan” page on all R2R sites to reflect this new pay plan, and we will be editing the old R2R movie by removing the traditional “2 up explanation”, as well has having a 2nd, brand new movie created that covers the “modified 2 up”, which will be placed on the “Comp Plan” page once completed, all hopefully within 30 days or so.

Any $999 2 ups that were given to their sponsor PRIOR to this new pay plan change, the 50/50 split does not apply.

So if you are still unqualified, any sales you make from here on out, you will earn $499.50 on your 1st two qualifying sales.

This new Comp Plan change does not apply to free affiliates who came in with NO product purchase, as they still must pass up 4 paid sales (100% commission) to their sponsor, before qualifying to earn commissions.

Anyone who is already qualified, you still earn $999 per sale on all of your personal sales, however, from this day on, you will earn $499.50 on all qualification sales passed up by your unqualified teammates.

You will collect the $999 payment, and simply pay your new teammate the 50% difference.

If you’re wondering how you’ll know which teammate referred the sale, please read the MEMBER FAQ in your R2R back office, as there are new Q&A’s on the “modified 2 up” topic, in fact, the whole FAQ page has been redone with many new Q&A’s.

Between these new changes, and September(the BEST time of the year for biz opps) around the corner, we`ll be putting up some very big numbers real soon!

As most of you know (at least I hope or you will be just like the example I am going to give you), choosing who you join in Roadmap To Riches can be the deciding factor in how well you do, period.

Now, this is an email I woke up to this morning (August 15 at 3:39am) from a lady who was already in Roadmap To Riches. This is exactly what her email said.

Hello Troy my name is Nicole and I have joined Roadmap to Riches about a month ago. Now before you stop reading this, I would just like to say, I have only had about 7 opt-ins in the last month. I know you are not my sponser, and the honest truth is that I am embarrassed to talk to my sponser because he seems very short with me everytime I write a message, or asking for help. I feel like I’m not getting something. I use my sponsor’s capture page, I have advertised on craigslist, and a couple other free sites, because my budget is limited right now. I definitely regret not researching for a good sponsor, someone like you.
If you could offer any possible advise to me before I end up throwing the towel in….I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Sincerely, Nicole

Now, I do want to say that I am not trying in any way, shape, or form to make a bad example out of Nicole, but you guys do not understand that this happens SO many times!

If you read the post before this, “What Frustrates Me” .. you will see that it really does not make sense to me that people want to join the hype and rah-rah just to latch on to someone else’s fame in Roadmap To Riches and online presence.

People tend to gravitate towards this type of sales pitch, and I can see why, it is attractive, it is success, and it is making them a lot of money very quick. But what does it do for you?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

In fact, it hurts you. Let’s say you go around and promote Roadmap To Riches with a lead capture page that has someone elses information and money proof and pictures on it. Who are you promoting? Well if you dont know, it CERTAINLY isn’t you! You are only making that person stronger, that person more brandable, and that person more successful!

Why would someone join YOU when your promoting SOMEONE else’s site?!? Why would they join someone who is advertising someone else? They are going to go join THAT person instead, NOT YOU!

I hear it all the time “well they are successful, so I join them, so they can show me to success” .. before you join, ask them what they can do for you, how they can help get you to the point and level of success they are enjoying! Dont just join up and assume you will make the same money they are .. because it wont happen .. you need to be taught, trained, and put into a duplicated system that anyone can do. And that system isnt going around promoting someone elses website!

I hear this all the time as well, well “Im not famous” .. I havent made $10,000 + yet .. so? People care slightly about that. What they TRULY care about is making money. THEIR OWN MONEY. And that is why I have developed, encouraged, and promoted my TEAM TRAINING!

Because you, your team members, and your advertising all promote YOU, YOURSELF, and what YOU HAVE TO OFFER THEM! Not someone elses money proof videos! It just baffles me, and yes, frustrates me that people do not understand this concept!

If everyone did this, your only making the rich richer, and the home business seekers out of money!

That is the approach me and my team are taking, and it is paying off for the people who arent STUPID enough to join this. Yes, seems harsh, but it is the truth! Do you know what really frustrates me? You probably dont care, but you might if you keep reading my post for the day.

What is the most frustrating part about Roadmap To Riches? Well ill tell you, it is people who join all the “rah-rah, hype, and hoopla”.

You would not believe how much that frustrates me. If your looking to get started with Roadmap To Riches, and havent joined yet, then absolutely great, you need to read this post. IF you are already in Roadmap To Riches, chances are you probably joined that rah-rah hoopla and are completely STUCK.

Do you know why it frustrates me so much .. because you joined something that isnt really there, and is put on another level so you would go buy it because you thought you could duplicate it yourself.

When in reality, all your doing is making that rah rah hoopla for that person even stronger, richer, and look even better.

We all know the saying, “what goes up, must come down” .. and it still holds true in Road Map To Riches.  Because everything that is hyped up, will finally die down .. will feel like you just got your rugged pulled out from underneath you. Because that hype, it is for you to buy, spend your money on THEIR success, and not for you to succeed.

If I had a penny for everytime someone called me up, or emailed me, with something along the lines of “my sponsor left, im promoting someone else, can I switch to your team” .. I would be a few dollars richer.

It is frustrating because people do not understand that MOST of you, including YOU the reader if I had to guess, are not marketing gurus, computer geeks, and dont know how to do anything but check your email and google your favorite tv show. Now of course I am exaggerating here, but when it comes to the internet and how to market, your clueless, and so are 97% of the people who join an online home based business. And that is why they fail, and fail bad.

I hope you understand that, because that is the honest to god’s truth on how it works. You love the idea of “financially free, working from home, and so on” and want to join a powerful business opportunity like Roadmap To Riches, so you BUY INTO SOMEONE ELSES SUCCESS!

I recently was looking around the internet and ran across a few things that I think everyone should be clear about before starting any home based business, let alone Roadmap To Riches.

I want to take the time to chat about taking responsibility of your life and discovering your personal mission.

First, one of the most important things you can do to become successful in this industry its to define your personal mission as to what your really trying to accomplish with any home based business. Your WHY? Why are you doing or seeking a home business? That must be your main focus before you get started.

One of the most important things successful people do is to find, acknowledge, honor, and pursue their “purpose” with enthusiastic passion. Now, that may seem over the top to you, but it is true and you must be willing to sacrifice now to benefit later. (thanks to barbie)

A personally compelling reason to “do what you do”
is the battery that keeps you on track, on target, and
on purpose consistently and persistently HAPPILY.
Here’s how to begin defining just what your “battery”
is:

1. List two of your unique personal qualities that come easily and naturally to you (for example - compassion, creativity, enthusiasm, etc.)

2. List two ways you naturally express those qualities when interacting with others (for example - guide, support, encourage, etc.)

3. Assume for a moment that the world is just the way you want it to be. How are people interacting? What does this world look and feel like? Write your perfect world answer as a present tense statement, just like it’s happening before your very eyes right now.

4. Combine all the previous three answers into your mission statement. It might look something like this: Your purpose is to *1-use your qualities* to *2-expression of your qualities* to create *3-the perfect world*.
